Entering the Amount You Want to Withdraw
After you have selected your withdrawal method, you will need to enter the amount of money you want to withdraw. Please note that there is a minimum withdrawal amount of R50 for all methods except for bank transfer, where the minimum amount is R100. There is also a maximum withdrawal limit of R500000 per day for all methods except for bank transfer, where the maximum amount is R1000000 per day.

- You will receive a confirmation SMS.
Dial 120277# and follow the prompts to access your funds. Visit any FNB ATM to withdraw your funds
First-time users will be required to supply a copy of their ID in accordance with FATF requirements. This will not be required if you have already supplied a copy of your ID to Betway.

- Visit Betway.co.za and log in to your account
- Navigate to My Account
- Select Withdraw Funds
- Choose Absa CashSend
- Enter an amount to withdraw
- Tap Withdraw Now
- Check your details and select Confirm Withdrawal
Once you receive your unique 10-digit pin from Absa, visit any Absa ATM and enter your 10-digit pin, then enter the access code received via SMS (from Betway) to withdraw your funds.
Withdrawals are free and you do not need to have an Absa bank account to use this option.
How to withdraw money Via Standard Bank Instant Money
- Visit betway.co.za and Log In
- Navigate to My Account and tap Withdraw Funds
- Select Standard Bank Instant Money
- Confirm your cellphone number
- Enter the amount you would like to withdraw
- Wait for Standard Bank to send you your unique 10-digit PIN and 4-digit access code
- After receiving your PIN and code via SMS, visit your nearest Standard Bank ATM or one of the following retailers: Spar, Makro, Game, Builders Warehouse, Cambridge Food and Rhino stores
- At the ATM, enter 4-digit code followed by the 10-digit PIN provided in the SMS or supply the cashier at any of the abovementioned retailers with the details

- From the homepage, click or tap on My Account
- Select Withdraw Funds
- Choose 1ForYou Voucher from the list of options
- Confirm your mobile number
- Enter the amount you want to withdraw and click or tap on Withdraw Now
- Allow up to 24 hours for us to process your withdrawal
- Once processed you will receive your 1ForYou Voucher PIN via SMS and in your Betway inbox.
Visit your nearest 1ForYou merchant and use your voucher to purchase products sold by the merchant. If your mobile number is incorrect, please contact Betway call centre!
Withdrawal Processing Timeframes
In most cases, your withdrawal will be processed within 24 hours. However, please note that withdrawals may take up to 5 business days to process if you are withdrawing via bank transfer. E-wallet withdrawals will usually be processed instantly once they have been approved by our fraud team.
